I see part of Mistresses training program is getting girls down to the right weight. What is the ideal weight for a girl, I'm 5'10" and 143lbs trying to get to 140lbs. should I be targetting lower?
Being underweight can definitely be as bad for your health as being overweight so make sure you’re a healthy BMI. But do it eating the right foods and the right exercise, Mistress’s guides on both are very good.

As someone who is 174cm and 54kg, it sounds like i be a little too scrawny even though i do have a small frame/wrists/etc. perhaps time to think about toning up some bits!
Thank you Mistress, seems like I’m in the right range and target of 140lbs isn’t too low/high. Need to focus on toning and correct exercise regime.
Much depends on your frame size .. you never want to go too low and look gaunt or skeletal.. Most of My girls ranging from 5'9 to 5'10 Keep within 139 Low to 146 High trying to maintain 142 to 144 Range... Lots of exercise.. Toning .. small portions and a lean diet ... It's not just about femming.. It's also to improve your health and mobility .. Especially in Heels...
