You say your Tansitioning .. Will you become a 24/7 Non-Op / Pre-Op or to Full Transition with the Required GRS / SRS Surgery or is this just a game to you ... a Fantasy not Reality ?
Transition is not a game or a fantasy. For me, transitioning has always been a dream. Sadly, family, friends, employment, social conformity, and my own personal fears have stood in the way. I knew at a very early age that my gender did not align my body, but didn't know what to do about it. I can no longer let any of these things stand in the way of realizing that I am a girl and need to live as a girl 24/7/365.
Everything is finally beginning to fall into place. I put together my personal care team of doctors, therapists, and others to help, and it looks like my insurance will cover most if not all the costs. Soon I will begin hormone therapy and hopefully by next year (it takes that long to get the letters necessary to get surgery), i will be able to have top surgery. I would love a modest C-cup breast. I'm also considering either an orchiectomy or scrotectomy. As I am now in my 70th year vaginoplasty may no be realistic for health reasons.
I would welcome any thoughts you might have especially if you have had any type of bottom surgery. Thanks!
Reality in the works. I am just starting and am getting myself ready physically to begin my transition to womanhood. 24/7 Pre-Op with hopes of SRS in the future.

For me, thankfully now a reality..even with all the hiccups since surgery, I have never been happier
I have transitioned and never been happier

Just fantasy, but those before and after pictures of transition really do make you think how wonderful it would be
