One of the things i love most about dressing is the shoes - especially high-heeled pumps and boots and how they shape and angle the legs that lengthen and shape the legs making them far more alluring.
As an example - i LOVE these color block Manolo Blahnik boots. From the shape of the breast and heel to the stylish accenting of white, they project such delicious femininity and elegant style.

Similarly, the shape and patterning of these Christian Louboutins, including the iconic red sole, really are wearable pieces of art.

This does not come without frustrations. Unfortunately, like so many who are born male, our feet tend to be larger. For myself, this so often equates to a 13M in women's shoes, making it almost impossible to find shoes that fit in most of the stores. It has been slowly changing over time. It used to be when i never would see top designer heels above a size 10 or 10.5, whereas now i frequently see even 11 and 12s, though these often run small.
While i appreciate the style and quality of these labels, a big factor for me is materials. i prefer leather to PU because the leather with wear will stretch and mold to the foot, becoming more comfortable overall. PU does not do this. Fortunately, i have found a couple of nice labels that not only do leather pumps but are reasonably priced. As they are always introducing new colors that sell out quickly in these extended sizes, too often i buy for FOMO reasons.
Their styles are also classic and timeless. i appreciate beyond the comfort the appeal of classic styling. Far too many of the PU extended styles that are available are more of stripper heels. Nothing against that look, but as someone just under 6 feet tall, a 4" pump draws far less attention than an 8" heel with 3" platforms.
Fetish can be fun. The kink and power of shoes like these that have locking straps excites me. Thinking about having a pair of heels locked on and not being able to take them off until they are unlocked is a form of practical power exchange as well as such a reinforcing reminder that of my submissiveness in being feminized.

Part of what intrigues me is the notion that when i am able to really drop my weight to as low as healthily possible, that the addition of consistent estrogen can also have the effect on some or shrinking hands and feet. While this is an area where one's mileage may vary, i would welcome this change to open up more options. It would be a welcomed side benefit for sure.
i would love to hear your thoughts, perspectives, and experiences.
shoes the love of most girls, i am certainly a collector, i'm lucky that i can fit a European size 43 and in the UK Next shoes go to that size quite often, so many styles to chose from, good post alyssa!
